"We", "us", "our" refers to Innovative Concept Management, trading as ICM Accountancy, registered in England and Wales. "You", "your", "Client" refers to the individual or business engaging our services or visiting our website.

A formal letter of engagement will set out the specific scope, fees, and responsibilities for any services we provide. Until that letter is signed by both parties, no client relationship exists. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement at our discretion.

Fees are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are payable monthly by direct debit unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may result in suspension of services and reasonable interest charges in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to deliver our services. You remain legally responsible for the accuracy of any returns or disclosures filed with HMRC, Companies House, or other authorities, even where prepared by us.

Our total liability arising from any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim, except in cases of fraud or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to provide complete or accurate information.

We treat all client information as strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except where required by law, where authorised by you, or where necessary to deliver the services you have engaged us for.

Either party may terminate the engagement by giving 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will hand over relevant records and any outstanding fees become payable in full.
